Refund policy

SHIPPING IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND. FINAL SALE.

  • Items ordered on the page, with the “Pick Up” option, have 7 days to exchange.
  • “PICK UP” ORDERS (collected in store): You have up to 30 days to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your merchandise, your order is automatically cancelled. Losing the total value of your purchase.
  • SALES DIRECTLY IN THE STORE:
    • IMPORTANT: For any exchange or return of merchandise, you must present your purchase receipt. It must have been carried out within a period of NO MORE than 7 calendar days.
    • NO MONEY IS RETURNED. You will be given a store credit for the value of your purchase. This is valid for 30 days.

RETURN OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:

  • seasonal merchandise
  • jewelry and accessories
  • swimsuits
  • wallets
  • white clothes
  • clearance items (final sale)
  • items shipped in good condition at the time of purchase
  • dirty or damaged merchandise caused by the customer inside and outside the store
